Beautification Days Details

There is More Beautification Still to do...

The fabulous trails at the Mule Pasture are ready to receive more chips! 
 
This ongoing Sanders County Park Board project was recently worked on during Beautification Days when the community joined together to do part of the trail "chipping".  Now we will continue !!!!
 
 We will meet at 9:00 AM Saturday, May 17th at the Mule Pasture site. 
 
Come with 4 wheelers, rakes, gloves and shovels and join in the fun!

Poster Contest & The Winners Are:
Creates a “keeping our community beautiful” awareness in our elementary children.  The artist of the best poster in each grade is given a prize and the poster becomes the basis of the posters publicizing our event.
The poster contest began in January. The judging of the contest happens the first week of March. Winners will be announced at the All School Assembly on March 14th, 2008 at 1:45PM.

Mule Pasture Project
Mule Pasture work will inclucde putting chips on the trails and installing the four benches.

Street and Alley Clean Up

The school superintendent has created a grid of city areas and organizes the students to provide this clean up project.

Road Clean Up in Surrounding Areas Works with various community organizations to pick up debris on entry roads to the city of Thompson Falls.

The Thompson Falls Beautification Committee encourages everyone to pick up litter as you go! Please do not wait for this weekend to do your part to keep Thompson Falls beautiful.
